Does PHCN improved output now justify the high bills?

Customers of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria are crying over the exorbitant amounts charged  by the electricity company for their consumption in the month of August. The bills which range from tens to hundreds of thousands are seen by the customers as abnormal and a rip off.So what do you think?
